Such a great opportunity growing up in restaurant based family, I have had a chance to maneuver though the kitchen learning art of cooking from my parents, family members, and peers. Those days of great experiences paid off when I was starting working in food Industry, and operated my own Thai restaurant in San Diego area. At the present, I am working with an Italian restaurant& Sushi Bar in Lake Arrowhead, San Bernardino County, where I met my wonderful friends who helped my dream come alive.
I am fascinated by the idea of food truck for quite sometime and love the idea of bringing our fine cuisine to your places. With out help from my sister and colleagues, this gourmet truck project would not become alive.
Thank you to my sister and in-law OR & Champ, who are now working in the upscale Thai restaurant in the East coast. They are my mentors who refresh and guide me throughout the cooking process, bring back those memorable days from the past.
To my son Bunn who inspires and emotionally support me, you make every day of my life full of joys and mirror of my childhood. He also helps me design and update this site.
To my amazing colleagues Tum, Bee and Kek who brought in wonderful experiences of their culinary arts of Thai, Japanese and Italian cuisines.
Tum , she is a food entrepreneur and the only place she enjoys working is in the kitchen, off course. She has worked with Thai, Italian and Japanese cuisines for the past 20 years and currently she is a Sushi chef with Rock& Roll sushi in Lake Arrowhead.
Bee has also been in food industry but mainly in the front house. She does the best in pampering customers with foods.
Last but not least to my parents who are everything to me and gave me a precious knowledge of cooking.
We are all so excited working together on this truck project. It starts from a ton of menu items from Japanese, Thai, Chinese, and Italian cuisines. Since every one of us has our own favorite’s items, it is kind of difficult when we have to narrow it down to fit our tuck, that bests fit the theme. We hope that everyone will enjoy our selected menu. We are open to any suggestion that you might have. Please leave us a feedback.
